There was a time in my life when I couldn’t imagine ever feeling whole - let alone alive with purpose.

I grew up in an environment filled with pain, instability, and illness. Those early experiences left deep marks — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

As I got older, that pain turned inward. I struggled with depression, numbed myself with addiction patterns, and lived in a body that felt like it was constantly breaking down. For more than a decade, I carried chronic pain that made even simple moments feel overwhelming.

For a long time, I didn’t believe I’d ever make it through.

But I did — and it changed everything.

I found my breath again. And with it, my life.

I was fortunate to find two incredible mentors who truly saw me. They walked beside me instead of trying to “fix” me. Their guidance gently helped me rediscover who I really am.

Today, I’m deeply grateful to say:

• I’m healthy

• I’m grounded

• I’m in love with life again

• I’m surrounded by meaningful relationships, and I get to do work that lights me up — helping people who feel stuck or lost reconnect with themselves and finally feel free, just as I once did.

  And the best part?

  If I could reclaim my life, so can you.
